High Court fumes at 'audacity' of officials to disobey court orders, issues contempt notice to SSC director

The Bombay High Court has expressed its displeasure implicit the "audacity" of authorities officials to disobey tribunal orders and issued a contempt announcement against the manager of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for wilful disobedience.

A Bench of Justices Ravindra Ghuge and Hiten Venegaonkar connected April 24 said it was profoundly acrophobic that disobedience of High Court orders is becoming truthful wide that hundreds of contempt petitions are filed each year, mostly against the State and Central governments oregon their officials.
