HC stays proceedings against Sasikala

The Kerala High Court has stayed for 3 months each further proceedings by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Malappuram, against Hindu Aikya Vedi person K.P. Sasikala, who had been charged nether Section 153 of the IPC for allegedly delivering a provocative code intended to make communal unrest successful Malappuram connected August 31, 2022.
