HC dismisses pleas of Assistant Horticultural Officers challenging orders of redeployment as part of UATT 2.0 scheme

The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court dismissed petitions filed by Assistant Horticultural Officers who challenged orders of redeployment arsenic portion of the Uzhavar Aluvalar Thodarbu Thittam (UATT) 2.0 scheme.

The tribunal was proceeding the batch of petitions filed by the Assistant Horticultural Officers who said they person been deployed to the Agriculture Department to transportation retired the enactment of the Assistant Agricultural Officers and their work conditions would beryllium affected. They were transferred from the existing spot of work to different districts.
