HC dismisses plea challenging appointment of V.A. Arun Kumar as director in-charge of IHRD

The Kerala High Court has dismissed a writ petition that challenged the assignment of V.A. Arun Kumar, lad of the erstwhile Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan, arsenic the Director in-charge of the Institute of Human Resource Development (IHRD).

The petition had been filed by Vinu Thomas, dean (Academic) of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), who had applied for the station of manager of the institute.
