HC dismisses plea challenging 42% reservations to BCs in local bodies

Justice K. Lakshman of Telangana High Court connected Wednesday dismissed a writ petition challenging the determination of the State authorities allocating 42% preservation to candidates of backward classes successful the ensuring section assemblage polls.
