HC directs Tangedco to pay compensation to kin of man who was electrocuted after unauthorisedly engaged for work

The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has directed Tangedco to wage ₹20 lakh arsenic compensation to the household of a antheral from Madukkur successful Thanjavur territory who was electrocuted successful 2021. The tribunal dismissed the petition filed by R. Prabha, the woman of the deceased, who had challenged the bid passed by Thanjavur Collector rejecting her plea seeking the assistance of assignment connected compassionate grounds.
