The High Court of Andhra Pradesh connected Wednesday cancelled the default bail granted by the Vijayawada ACB Court to retired IAS serviceman K. Dhanunjaya Reddy (former Secretary successful the CMO), Krishna Mohan Reddy (former OSD to erstwhile Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy), and Balaji Govindappa (director of Bharati Cements) successful the liquor scam case.
Hearing a petition filed by the CID for revoking the bail, the High Court told the accused to attack the ACB Court for regular bail and to surrender earlier it by November 26.
