HC acquits six persons in former panchayat president murder case

The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has acquitted six persons who were sentenced to beingness imprisonment by a proceedings tribunal successful Tiruchi successful transportation with the execution of erstwhile president of Madakudi panchayat C. Sekar successful 2015.

The tribunal was proceeding a transgression entreaty filed by Johnson Kumar, Natarajan, Kanagaraj, Harikrishnan, Senthil and Ilayaraja, challenging the condemnation awarded to them by the Second Additional District and Sessions Court successful Tiruchi successful 2023.
