Hatsun loses cases against Patanjali over Aarogya biscuits

The Madras High Court, connected Tuesday (April 21, 2026), dismissed a lawsuit filed by Hatsun Agro Product Limited, the owners of the fashionable dairy marque ‘Arokya’, to restrain Patanjali Biscuits Private Limited from selling biscuits nether the marque sanction ‘Patanjali Aarogya’.

A Division Bench of Justices P. Velmurugan and K. Govindarajan Thilakavadi rejected an archetypal broadside entreaty filed by Hatsun successful 2020 against the summary dismissal of its trademark infringement suit, against Patanjali, by a azygous justice of the High Court connected February 7, 2020.
