Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel connected Friday (October 10, 2025) flagged disconnected 201 caller State Transport (ST) buses from Gandhinagar, dedicating them to the work of citizens. Minister of State for Transport Harsh Sanghavi was besides contiguous astatine the inauguration ceremony.

The recently launched fleet comprises 136 Super Express, 60 Semi-Luxury, and 5 Midi buses. These vehicles volition run connected assorted routes crossed the State to guarantee smoother and much comfy question for passengers.

Addressing the event, Chief Minister Patel directed the Transport Department to proceed adopting innovative technologies, upgrading infrastructure, and modernising buses to supply citizens with high-quality, timely, and harmless proscription services.

To facilitate hassle-free question during the upcoming Diwali festival, the Chief Minister besides announced the deployment of 4,200 further buses crossed Gujarat. This inaugural aims to assistance citizens observe the festive play with their families without question inconvenience.

The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has been consistently improving its services.
