Justice N. Senthilkumar directed the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, to contented a broad G.O. prescribing wide guidelines to each Government Pleaders and Revenue Department officials, specifying their duties and responsibilities successful civilian suits filed against the government, the mandatory steps to beryllium taken erstwhile officials are acceptable ex parte, timelines for filing written statements, applications to acceptable speech ex parte orders, appeals, and petitions for condonation of delay, and disciplinary consequences for dereliction of duty.
