Generation of e-way bills to be made mandatory for transportation of sand, laterite stones

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has made procreation of e-way bills done GST portal mandatory for proscription of sand, laterite stones and different insignificant minerals.

In his fund speech, Mr. Siddaramaiah said the Karnataka Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1994 has been amended to mandate the procreation of e-way bills done the GST portal for the proscription of insignificant minerals. This measurement is expected to curb royalty and GST evasion and heighten gross realisation.
