The Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has imposed a good of ₹1 lakh for usurpation of its operation guidelines for cleanable and harmless gathering practices. The invoice, dated February 14, 2026, cites usurpation supra 20,000 sq. m. (low and mean significance) nether the sanction ‘Southern Railway Parking Campus’. Commissioner J.
