A neglected pit which erstwhile held astir 3,000 tonnes of garbage, present stood illuminated, its chromatic geometry glowing against the night. This was a 300-year-old stepwell successful Adikmet, present revived, offering a glimpse into Hyderabad’s layered h2o heritage. The lighting, cautiously designed to item the stepwell’s contours, gave it a theatrical presence.
It was inaugurated connected World Heritage Day connected Saturday.
