Four Colombo-bound flights diverted to Thiruvananthapuram airport due to bad weather

Four flights, 3 from the West Asia portion and 1 from Malaysia, bound for Sri Lanka were diverted to the planetary airdrome successful Thiruvananthapuram connected Friday (November 28, 2025) owed to atrocious upwind implicit Colombo, said Thiruvananthapuram International Airport Ltd (TIAL) said.

The Etihad Airways craft landed successful Thiruvananthapuram astatine 3.44 am, the AirAsia formation astatine 4.37 americium and the Srilankan Airlines flights astatine 7.44 americium and 7.55 am, TIAL said.
