Former Minister Ambati Rambabu remanded in judicial custody in ‘illegal lottery’ case

YSRCP person and erstwhile Minister Ambati Rambabu was remanded to 14 days judicial custody successful different lawsuit relating to 2023, wherever helium allegedly conducted a lottery successful Sattenapalli.

Sattenapalli Circle Inspector Narahari Nagamalleswara Rao said the court, connected Thursday, had remanded Mr. Ambati Rambabu based connected premier facie evidence, including integer evidence, submitted to the tribunal connected the alleged lottery.

He said that a backstage lawsuit had been filed against the accused successful 2023 by Jana Sena Party’s Guntur territory president Gade Venkateswara Rao, and definite evidences were secured against the alleged amerciable lottery. He said determination were allegations that Mr. Ambati Rambabu collected wealth for lottery tickets from the old-age and different pensioners from the pension magnitude that was distributed to the beneficiaries astatine that time.

Now, the constabulary were seeking his custody for further probe into the case, helium added.

Mr. Venkateswara Rao said helium submitted each the evidences to the tribunal and hoped that justness would beryllium delivered.
