Former Kerala BJP chief K. Surendran acquitted in 2016 case over alleged threat to police officer

The Kannur Judicial First Class Magistrate Court has acquitted erstwhile BJP Kerala president K. Surendran successful a lawsuit related to alleged threatening a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) done a Facebook post. Mr. Surendran was accused of issuing threats against past Kannur DySP P.P. Sadanandan done the Facebook station successful transportation with the probe successful the Fazal execution case. The lawsuit was registered by the Kannur Town constabulary pursuing a ailment filed by Mr. Sadanandan.
