Former Fire Services DG’s bail petition dismissed

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) peculiar tribunal connected Monday dismissed the bail petition of erstwhile Fire Services Director-General (DG) and CID Additional Director General (ADG) N. Sanjay.

Mr. Sanjay, who was arrested connected charges of misappropriation of funds erstwhile helium was heading CID, is successful judicial custody successful Vijayawada jail. Following the enquiry study submitted by the Vigilance and Enforcement section stating that funds were misused successful CID during Sanjay’s tenure, the ACB constabulary registered a lawsuit against the officer.
