National Conference president Farooq Abdullah has expressed heavy disappointment implicit the INDIA bloc, particularly the Congress, "not supporting" the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir's Statehood with the "expected vigour".

In a candid appraisal of the Opposition bloc, Mr. Abdullah said that portion his enactment remains a committed subordinate of the alliance, it has fallen abbreviated of its potential.
