The Thanjavur North District Committee of the Tamil Nadu Vivasayigal Sangam (TNVS), farmers helping of Communist Party of India (CPI), has called for scaling down of Value Added Tax levied connected diesel for tractors and connected the merchantability of these vehicles to farmers.
