The Telangana High Court connected Wednesday declined to adjacent the contempt of tribunal cases filed against Principal Secretary of Finance Sandeep Kumar Sultania and others implicit outgo of compensation to 55 persons, including women and men surviving unsocial (separately from their families), whose properties got submerged successful Kaleshwaram project.
The authorities counsel informed the Bench of Justice Vakiti Ramakrishna Reddy of the HC stating that compensation was paid to the 55 displaced persons the erstwhile day.
