Justice Ravinder Dudeja said it is the State’s work to support the lives of each its citizens. “Since the petitioner [Khatri] perceives a menace to his life, the DCP (Outer North) and DCP (Special Cell) are directed to expedite the petition made by the petitioner for constabulary protection,” the tribunal said.
