The Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, D.K. Upadhyaya, has declined a petition by erstwhile Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal and others to transportation CBI's plea against their discharge successful the excise argumentation lawsuit from Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma to different judge.
