The European Union ​formally approved connected Thursday (April 23, 2026) a 90-billion-euro ($105-billion) indebtedness to Ukraine and caller ⁠sanctions against Russia, up of an informal acme of the bloc's leaders successful Cyprus which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy attended.
