Parashurame Gowda, wide caput of Parisarakkagi Naavu, said the memorandum had been signed by members of MGP, Team Mysuru, Karnataka Yuvajana Network, PUCL, Clean Mysuru Foundation, Belavala Foundation, Jai Karnataka Parishat, and Gubbivani Trust.
