Engineering student rescued after jumping into the Cauvery in Erode

A 19-year-old engineering pupil was rescued aft she jumped into River Cauvery from the Karungalpalayam bridge here on Monday (June 8, 2026), allegedly owed to fiscal difficulties successful paying her assemblage fees.
