Kanniyakumari Collector R. Alagumeena inaugurated an Emergency Care and Recovery Centre (ECRC) specially designed for mentally sick patients, astatine Kanniyakumari Government Medical College and Hospital (KKGMCH) successful Asaripallam connected Saturday.
