The Enforcement Directorate has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties amounting to ₹.39.45 crore, belonging to the Al-Falah Charitable Trust and its managing trustee Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui.
The assets see residential premises belonging to Mr. Siddiqui successful Delhi’s Jamia Nagar; cultivation onshore astatine Dhauj colony successful Faridabad, Haryana, located adjacent to the Al-Falah University campus; and demat holdings, slope balances and fixed deposits belonging to the managing trustee and the Trust.
