Clarifying his earlier remarks connected Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge connected Tuesday (April 21, 2026) said that helium did not telephone the Prime Minister “a terrorist” but spoke astir the victimisation of governmental opponents by the Modi government.
