Meanwhile, earlier connected November 21, 2025, the Delhi Police had vehemently objected to pleas claiming that they lone mention the Constitution for the involvement of getting bail.

In the erstwhile hearing, Additional Solicitor General S.V. Raju for the Delhi Police described however the unit unfolded during the 2020 Delhi riots, earlier a Bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justices Aravind Kumar and N.V. Anjaria connected Friday (November 21, 2025). Citing statements from a protected witness, Mr. Raju said that conspirators planned violence, organised chakka jams to disrupt and “choke Assam retired of India,” and further mobilised rioters equipped with sticks, who engaged successful dense stone-pelting.
