The Delhi High Court has upheld the termination of the services of a probationary further territory judge. In its February 7 order, the tribunal held that the bid to sack Aman Pratap Singh was based connected grounds of non-suitability and not a “punitive oregon stigmatic” enactment stemming from a viral incident, referring to a purported video from 2024 successful which Mr. Singh – portion presiding implicit a proceeding – could beryllium seen shouting.
