The Delhi High Court connected Thursday (April 9, 2026) upheld a proceedings court's bid declaring U.K.-based arms advisor Sanjay Bhandari a "fugitive economical offender" successful transportation with a wealth laundering case.

"Appeal dismissed," Justice Neena Bansal Krishna said.
