Delhi High Court justice Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma connected Monday rejected pleas by erstwhile Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others seeking her recusal from proceeding the excise argumentation case. The tribunal observed that “a justice cannot recuse to fulfill a litigant’s unfounded suspicion of bias and based connected manufactured allegations”.
