The Delhi High Court connected Wednesday (April 29, 2026) adjourned the plea, by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), challenging the discharge of erstwhile Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and different accused successful the Excise argumentation lawsuit till Monday (May 4, 2026). Delhi HC Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma has called for the implicit proceedings tribunal grounds of the case.

The CBI, successful February 2026, filed an entreaty successful the HC challenging the discharge of Mr. Kejriwal, erstwhile Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia and a fewer others successful the Excise argumentation case.
