Delhi court dismisses Rabri Devi’s plea to transfer cases from judge alleging bias

A Delhi tribunal connected Friday (December 19, 2025) refused to transportation transgression cases against erstwhile Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and different members of their household from peculiar justice Vishal Gogne.

Principal and District justice Dinesh Bhatt dismissed Ms. Devi’s plea, who, past month, had approached the tribunal requesting transportation of lawsuit from the existent justice citing his biases towards her and her family.
