The Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) 20th circular of e-auction of plots, held from November 21 to November 27, generated an “unprecedented response”, officials said connected Tuesday. While 81 plots crossed residential, radical housing, commercial, concern and organization categories were offered with a combined reserve terms of ₹629.19 crore, the DDA received bids totalling ₹1,494.67 crore.
