Tradition and festive fervour marked Bhogi celebrations organised by members of the ‘Go Adharitha Vyavasaya Raithula Sangham’ (cow-based earthy farmers Association) adjacent the YMCA astatine Beach Road successful Visakhapatnam connected Wednesday.
