The Bombay High Court connected Wednesday (April 29, 2026) dismissed a petition filed by Fahim Ansari, acquitted successful the 2008 Mumbai panic onslaught case, seeking a constabulary clearance certificate (PCC) required to commercially thrust an autorickshaw.
A Division Bench of Justices Ajay Gadkari and Ranjitsinha Bhonsale said the authorities had refused the certificate connected information grounds and that the refusal was justified. The petition was filed successful February 2024.
