Bombay High Court says refusal of authorities to contented constabulary clearance certificate connected information grounds justified

The Bombay High Court connected Wednesday (April 29, 2026) dismissed a petition filed by Fahim Ansari, acquitted successful the 2008 Mumbai panic onslaught case, seeking a constabulary clearance certificate (PCC) required to commercially thrust an autorickshaw.
