The CBI, which arrested Mr. Shangloo from Srinagar connected Monday, said helium was an absconder wanted successful the 35-year-old kidnapping lawsuit of Rubaiya Sayeed, who was a 23-year aged aesculapian intern and girl of the then-Home Minister.
