The SFIO had informed the tribunal that Ms. Veena had colluded with Sasidharan Kartha, Chairman and Managing Director of the CMRL, to “siphon disconnected ₹2.78 crore from the company, misrepresenting the payments arsenic IT consultancy interest for services that were not delivered.”
