According to the bid issued connected Friday (October 10, 2025), Coldrif Syrup (Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup), manufactured successful May 2025 by Sresan Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, Tamil Nadu, was recovered to beryllium adulterated with Diethylene Glycol (46.28% w/v), a toxic chemic known to beryllium harmful to quality health.
All stakeholders are directed to instantly halt selling, purchasing, oregon distributing the said batch of the syrup. The wide nationalist has besides been advised not to usage the product, fixed its imaginable wellness risks, the bid said.
