It should person been Rule 53 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business successful the Council of States (Rajya Sabha), which is connected “Withdrawal oregon postponement of questions”. No question was “skipped” arsenic the question (Question 107) was withdrawn. When the Chairman moved from Question 106 to 108, the Opposition protested. The Chairman clarified that Question 107 had been withdrawn by the subordinate who posed it.
