The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) complained to the Election Commission of India (ECI) that the ruling Congress had resorted to gross violations of the exemplary codification of predetermination behaviour connected the time of polling to the Jubilee Hills constituency byelection connected Tuesday.
