Annamayya District Collector Nishant Kumar connected Friday directed Irrigation Department officials and Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanthi (HNSS) task engineers to expedite each pending works successful cardinal projects, saying delays were affecting retention absorption and h2o proviso to fields.
