Collector inspects Chitvel-Railway Kodur road widening works

Annamayya District Collector Nishant Kumar connected Tuesday (October 14, 2025) instructed the Roads and Buildings (R&B) officials to expedite the Chitvel–Railway Kodur roadworthy widening works, adhering to prime standards.

Inspecting the ongoing works adjacent Railway Kodur, the Collector reviewed the project’s advancement and workmanship. The contractors and R&B engineers informed the Collector that 63% of the project—estimated astatine ₹35.3 crore—has been completed, with ₹17.3 crore expended to date.
