In discussions with Union Urban Development Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister sought ₹105 crore of Central assistance nether Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0 to instrumentality Andhra Pradesh’s ₹276-crore Zero Landfill enactment plan.

He said the State was committed to becoming a nationalist exemplary successful municipality sanitation and sustainable discarded management.
