China volition "resolutely support" Cuba against sustained threats from the United States, the Foreign Ministry said connected Wednesday (April 15, 2026), days aft President Miguel Diaz-Canel called for dialog with Washington.

Cuba has been suffering from an vigor situation since January, erstwhile U.S. forces captured then-Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro and deprived Havana of its main root of oil.
