Chikkamagaluru dog squad receives sniffer dog specially trained to detect narcotics

The Chikkamagaluru Police’s canine squad has received a sniffer canine trained specially to find narcotic drugs. The one-year-old, named Rudra, was trained astatine the Karnataka State Police Dog Squad Training Centre successful Adugodi, Bengaluru, for six months.

The canine has been trained to observe accepted and synthetic drugs, said a property merchandise issued by Chikkamagaluru Police connected Friday.
