The Greater Chennai City Police Commissioner A. Arun connected Tuesday conducted a peculiar grievance redressal campy for constabulary unit astatine the Commissioner’s Office successful Vepery, and received petitions from 250 officers and staff.
The petitions were submitted by unit from the Law and Order wings crossed the city’s 4 zones and included 7 Inspectors, 30 Sub-Inspectors, 2 ministerial staff, and 211 constabulary personnel. The grievances were related to transfers, withdrawal of punishments, requests for constabulary quarters, rectification of wage anomalies, and different work matters.
