HYDERABAD
Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL), a subsidiary of Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) nether the Ministry of Power, has initiated the caller tender process for procurement of 3,604 electrical buses arsenic portion of its plans to grow cleanable nationalist transport crossed Tier-II and Tier-III cities.
According to Advisor (Media & Coordination) to EESL A. Chandra Sekhara Reddy, nether the recently floated 3,604-bus tender process arsenic portion of the PM-eBus Sewa Scheme Telangana would get 151 buses, (Warangal-100 and Nizamabad–51) and Andhra Pradesh (Tirupati) would get 300 buses. Under the PM-eBus Sewa Scheme, Andhra Pradesh has been allocated 750 electrical buses, including 150 buses for Visakhapatnam. CEO of CESL & EESL Akhilesh Kumar Dixit said: “The inaugural aligns with India’s broader committedness to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2070“.
